Moshe is an integral part of Merchavim’s Ethiopian-Israeli Teacher Placement Program and shares responsibility for the recruitment, successful placement, and ongoing support of Ethiopian-Israeli educators while building relationships with school principals to encourage additional placements of Ethiopian-Israeli educators in schools in Israel.
He also affiliated with the Kibbutzim College of Education, Technology and the Arts team, and there, as director, he supports the integration of Ethiopian-Israelis students into the College. His role includes recruiting candidates from all over the country, classifying and accompanying students throughout their four years of university study, and assisting in their integration into the work world.
